Hi, Im Savanna, I was planning on doing the Odessa's Candied Yams for Thanksgiving tomorrow, but as I was going over the recipe tonight I noticed that it calls for 8 tablesthingys margarine but as I read the directions I noticed it doesnt say anything about when to use it. The same with the 1 cup water. I was just wondering if this recipe was accurate? I am going to go ahead and try to make it the way I would think it would be and put the margarine in where I figure it should be. I was just looking for any other suggestions if anyone had any.
