Recipe a complete success! Usually my attempts at pancakes turn out bad, but these were perfect!
I have a bit of an interest in fermented foods, it fermented enough to gain a slight "fermented" smell and bubbles for leavening.
Also I used short grain rice because I didn't have any long grain, it didn't seem to matter.
