Last night I made two dishes using the recipes on this site and felt the need to say thank you to someone! They both turned out great. One was an eggplant dish called Baigan Ka Bhartha, the other a spinach dish called Palak Tomatar (Spinach and Tomatoes). It took about 1.5 hours to get it all ready, but my wife and I both felt that it was worth the effort. Highly reccomended.
